Crewing
Our Crewing Department is responsible for the appointment of our seafarers and their welfare.
Many of our crews are long serving employees and highly experienced in their trade and we are happy to say that it is on rare occasions that we need to find replacements.
When replacement crew are required, we have a network of contacts and a file of applicants, whom send the C.V.'s Directly. Applicants are vetted by the department before being further assessed by one of our senior masters for deck officers and the Technical Director for Engineering.
When we are looking to appoint additional personnel, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a good command of the English language. This would be at a higher level of English for officers but also required at a reasonable level for crew. Good references will be required and checked.
We do not Operate Offshore Wind or Oil Vessels, Chemical Carriers or Tankers, so please do not send CV's if you are looking for this type of work.
